Personal Open Water Coaching
My coaching services are designed to help swimmers and triathletes confidently plan and train for open water swims of all distances. 1 mile - 3 miles - a marathon swim - or a channel. I can help.
Video analysis: Each coaching partnership begins with a full video stroke analysis and coaching. ($150 value)
Training plan with regular 1-on-1 virtual meetings: Each coaching partnership includes goal setting and a general training plan with technique/yardage/time goals. Several monthly meetings provide detailed practice planning, skill development, accountability, and mindset and performance coaching (see below).
Mindset and performance coaching: Open water swimming is such a mental sport. Each coaching partnership includes virtual meeting time to discuss topics such as nutritional guidance, fueling, race planning, cold water acclimation and other environmental challenges, a healthy and positive mindset, and more.

Women’s Open Water Camps
Whether an experienced open water swimmer or just getting started in open water, these camps are for you. We are currently offering a 5-day Open Water Women’s Swim Retreat in March in Grand Cayman and an August long weekend Women’s Camp in Alexandria Bay in upstate New York.
